I totally understand how frustrating it must be to be a 41 year old virgin. There is nothing wrong with it, but if it causing you this much grief it is time to take charge and do something about it. You have to put yourself out there in the social scene. It can be very scary, but if you get rejected so what! Just try again and again and again. But it is also important that you become happy with yourself, women pick up on that and become attracted to you. Good luck!

You've just answered your own question: the USELESS therapy! Do away with it! It's screwing with your mind. There's nothing wrong with you. If you really want sex that badly go and pay for it. At least your confidence will increase then and you may find it's no great thrill anyway. I think confidence will attract more women to you as the last poster said. Good luck and please don't think about suicide! Even rapists don't do that and they friging deserve it more than anyone!
